This soap is rich in 'luxury' oils and butters, so called because of their extraordinary conditioning and soothing properties for the skin and hair. Madder root, nettle, turmeric are renowned for their anti-inflammatory, nourishing and cosmetic properties. Activated charcoal and kaolin clay are cleansing and gently purifying even for sensitive skin/scalp types. The lather is creamy and rich as you would expect from a shampoo bar. I selected a specific blend of essential oils used for hair care because of their antimicrobial, soothing, strengthening and growth-promoting properties. The result is a delicate scent that recalls fresh spices and summer flowers, with accents of citrus fruits and tree bark.
