A summer garden is a great place to find inspiration for a natural bar of soap. For this one, I used the peppermint that is wildly growing all over my backyard. Mint is an astringent agent with soothing properties. Suitable for sensitive and irritated skin, this soap cleanses gently leaving the skin elastic and fresh: a real treat under the shower on a hot summer day. I juiced a big bundle of mint and used the precious green liquid as base for the soap. The creamy lather is fragrant of peppermint, with resinous accents from the pine and floral notes from the lavender.
